2.1 Additional Services

3. Booking and Confirmation
To book our services:
- Clients must provide accurate contact information and property details.
- Confirmation of the booking will be sent via email or phone.
- A scheduled appointment date and time will be agreed upon.
3.1 Changes to Bookings
If changes to the booking are required:
- Clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is required as follows:
- A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required upon booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services.
- Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
4.1 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply in cases where:

5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services under the following conditions:

- Cancellations made within 24-48 hours may incur a 25% charge of the total service cost.
- Same-day cancellations may result in a 50% charge.
5.1 No-Shows
If the client fails to be present for the scheduled service without prior cancellation:
- Full service charges will apply.
- Attempts to reschedule will be subject to availability and additional fees.
6. Liability

- We are responsible for the removal and disposal of items as per the agreement.
- We are not liable for any pre-existing damages to the property.
